    OTHER: Rena Moffitt (grand-neice)

    -Mr. Duncan of the school board had a visitor this week, a Mr. G.W. Lines of Sterling, Colorado.  Mr. Lines is a railroad man and was impressed with Chandler.  (Chandler Arizonan 2/14/1913)

    -Trustee Duncan has donated most of the books and cases for the school library.  He will also give some of his spare time to making it the best library in the valley.  (Chandler Arizonan 2/14/1913)

    -Mr. Duncan has made a deal to pasture 500 head of cows near his 160 acres ranch.  The cows are owned by Anges Cashion of Phoenix.  He has contracted 400 acres of hay from Henry Peterson and the Allen brothers.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)

    -Mr. Duncan's grand neice came to Chandler on Wednesday to pay him a visit.  Her name is Rena Moffitt and is from Phoenix.  She is 14 years old.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/6/1913)

    -Mr. Duncan left on Sunday for Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he will spend several weeks.  He has many friends there, and plans to loaf around.  Mr. Hiller will care for his 160 acres while he is gone.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/13/1913)

    -Mr. Duncan has corrected the place he went to visit last week.  He wasn't in Colorado, but at Agua Coliente Springs, Arizona.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/20/1913)

    -Mr. Duncan is going to Los Angeles for several weeks to have surgery on his fingers.  Years ago, he had an accident where he injured his middle fingers, and they still cause him pain after ten surgeries.  He hopes this one will do the trick.  (Chandler Arizonan 7/18/1913)
