    kerry taylor.jpgKerry Taylor is a professional football player, currently a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars.  Kerry was a standout wide receiver at Hamilton High School where he grabbed 80 career receptions, racked up 1,560 receiving yards, and scored 22 touchdowns.  He was named a SuperPrep Preseason All American prior to his senior year, and earned All-State and All-Arizona honors that year.  Scout.com rated him a four star prospect coming out of high school.

    Kerry received interest from several Pac10 schools, and ultimately decided to play for the hometown ASU Sun Devils.  Over the course of his Sun Devil career, he played in 46 games (20 starts), had 112 catches, 1,433 receiving yards, and scored 7 touchdowns.  He was named an Eastham Energy All Star following his senior season.

    Kerry went undrafted in the 2011 NFL draft, but signed a free agent contract with the Green Bay Packers during the summer.  He played in four preseason games for the Packers before being released.  He spent the remainder of the 2011 season on the practice squads of the New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, and Minnesota Vikings.  2012 went much the same way for Kerry, as hekerry taylor asu.jpg was a member of the practice squads for Minnesot, New England Patriots, and the Arizona Cardinals.  He caught his big break when the hometown team elevated him to the active roster on December 26, 2012.  He began 2013 with the Cardinals, again as a member of their practice squad, before the Jacksonville Jaguars signed him in November of that year.  He made several appearances with the Jaguars, scoring his first career NFL touchdown on December 29, 2013.
