He began his high school career at Desert Vista in the mid 2000's before transferring to Hamilton for his junior and senior seasons. A defensive back his junior year, Robinson recorded an impressive eight interceptions. Despite his defensive success, Robinson was switched to offense for his senior season. Demonstrating just how talented and athletic he was, Robinson reached new heights his senior season. Playing every skill position on offense, he finished with 843 passing yards and 6 touchdowns, 543 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns, and 524 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns. He was named 1st team All-State, and finished his senior season as the top ranked player in Arizona ( He was ranked in the top 80 of national players, and he participated in the prestigious US Army All-American Bowl. It was during this bowl game that Robinson announced his intentions to stay in-state and attend ASU.
    Robinson appeared in almost every game in his ASU career. His supreme athletic talent allowed him to see the field immediately at wide receiver as a true freshman. His junior seasion he displayed a nose for the end zone, scoring five times. He experienced a breakout season for the ages as a senior. Robinson earned All-Pac 12 honors for a season that saw him reel in 77 catches for nearly 1400 yards and 7 touchdowns. He set ASU records for total receiving yards in a single season, and receptions in a season. Robinson saved his best performances for the biggest stages. He set a Territoral Cup record for receiving yards with 199. This new career high last all of one game as he set a Las Vegas Bowl record with 241 receiving yards in the postseason contest. He finished his ASU career having played nearly 50 games, 135 receptions, over 2,000 receiving yards, and 12 touchdowns. His strong senior year earned him roster spots at the Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine Game.
    Robinson signed with the Arizona Cardinal's practice squad as an undrafted free agent. He is currently a reserve tight end for the Denver Broncos. One of the greatest pure athletes that ever passed through the doors of Hamilton and Arizona State, Robinson's professional future is certainly bright.
