    Building at the Chandler Height Citrus Camp

    Built in 1929, the Chandler Heights Citrus Camp was one of only two projects Frank Lloyd Wright ever completed in Chandler.  The camp was made up of a dozen unique buildings made of wood with canvas roofs.  In addition to housing the camp manager, workers, and visitors, it also had a recreation hall, a dining hall, and a kitchen.  Despite being far from the center of Chandler, the camp was electrified.  The photo above is courtesy of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.  The photo below is courtesy of Brian A.
