    Owen D. Young House

    Wright also designed a house for Owen D. Young, one of Chandler’s business partners and a confidante of President Woodrow Wilson.  The Young House was based on the design of the wings of the San Marcos in the Desert.  It was dominated by a large solarium overlooking the desert.
